Looks: Sophie stands at around 5’ 6”. She has hip-length blonde hair and blue eyes, and she is slightly top-heavy. She tends to wear lots and lots of green, feminine clothes, long necklaces, and bright dangly earrings. Her style is both feminine and flighty, and she shops for new clothes (new everything, really) quite often.

Sophie will wear one hairstyle consistently for a few weeks, until it begins to bore her, at which point she changes it to something completely different and wears that hairstyle for a few weeks. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Background: Sophie was raised by a widowed mother with considerable wealth. As such, she had many toys to play with and was a little spoiled. She grew to like music more than most other things, and at a very young age her mother shipped her off to school in Comodo and took of for Schwarzwald.

Sophie was a decent student, but her short attention span led to her taking longer than usual to complete her training as a bard. Shortly after graduation, she began traveling to the island nations to study their music and cultures. She spent around a year in Amatsu and Ayothaya each, and around three years in Kunlun.

She recently returned to Lighthalzen after receiving news that her mother was suffering from a type of mental dementia.

There are rumors that she is waiting, either for the opportunity to put her mother in a permanent care facility or to put her down the stairs (giving Sophie full access to said considerable wealth).

She currently gives music lessons out of her mother’s parlor, as she is living there to take care of her.

Personality: At first glance, Sophie is quiet and slightly rough around the edges. She tends to be impulsive and very subtly aggressive. If she sees something she wants, she flies under the radar until she can pounce on it. A bit of an anthropologist, she enjoys studying the music and cultures of other countries.

She also has a severely limited attention span. Sophie only stays interested in something for a short amount of time, be it relationships, work, or books. She would, for example, rather attend a play then sit and read the novel it was based on, because it takes up less of her time. However, when she is in a “liking” stage, she is easily excitable and tends to gush over the object of her attention.
